Any kitchen worth its salt holds a few secrets—a custom spice drawer here, a bonus wine fridge there. “To me, it’s like designing a library, except there happen to be appliances in it,” notes Long Island-based kitchen designer Vasi Ypsilantis, who reimagined this year’s Kips Bay Palm Beach kitchen specifically for a baker.
